Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Bachelors in Psychology from Appalachian State University. She believes every client has strengths and the ability to make positive change. Lindsey utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused techniques, as well as techniques from Family Systems Theory and Person-Centered Theory. She is a strong advocate for providing psychoeducationabout mental health and wellness to her clients.Lindsey's specialities include adolescents, women's and girls' issues, parenting, and family relationships.
