Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who has a deep respect and understanding that everyone’s experiences are unique to them and can affect their lives in many ways. With this in mind, she takes an eclectic approach to counseling. Depending on the client's needs, she utilizes cognitive behavioral (CBT), emotion-focused, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques while being grounded in person-centered and holistic care.
She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds who have sought counseling for anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, divorce, grief, self-esteem, stress, and other varying concerns.
With a diverse background of work and education experience, Hannah is able to connect and meet people where they are. She takes an eclectic approach to counseling and tailors a treatment program to the client’s needs. With training and experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused techniques and person-centered approaches, Hannah is well equipped to help clients achieve their goals of wellness and find peace.
Hannah attended East Carolina University where she obtained her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sports Studies. She has worked within the judicial system and education before returning to school to earn her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
