Maekela tailors her approach to fit your unique story, using proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). For couples, she utilizes the Prepare/Enrich assessment to help get to the heart of the issues more quickly. Her goal is to ensure you feel genuinely heard and understood, empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.
With a Master's in Counseling and over two decades of corporate experience, Maekela offers a distinct perspective and diverse skill set to support you on your journey toward healing and a better you.
